RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Here is the important information:
As part of our money-back guarantee, we offer you the possibility of returning the purchased product without justification within 14 days of the date of purchase. In accordance with the provisions of Articles L 121 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal, and to return the product without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
To benefit from a refund / exchange / right of withdrawal:
- You must send an email within 14 days from the order date.
- You must return the jewelry(s) in a tracked Colissimo (proof of deposit must be kept)
- The product must be new, returned in its original pouch.
- Jewelry offered from 100 euros must be returned, otherwise its value will be automatically deducted from your refund.
How to proceed?
For each return request it is essential to contact us by email using our contact form or at the following address hinahyabijoux@gmail.com without this, we authorize ourselves to refuse the return.
Complete our return form which we will send to you by email.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You have seven days after contacting customer service to make the return.
For information:
- We are not responsible for theft or disappearance of packages. Without respecting the dates, we will not be able to refund you upon receipt of the return.
- You must keep proof of submission of your return with a tracking number which must appear on your return (the photo of the package must also be kept)
- We are not responsible for breakage of items due to transport, therefore the costs of repairing the items are not our responsibility.
- In the event of an error on our part, the return costs will be our responsibility.
- Any return containing worn, damaged or worn jewelry will be systematically refused and, again, shipping will be at your expense.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercings are not returned in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
- Any item damaged after being worn will be subject to exchange only.
- Any item received damaged following transport will be subject to exchange only.
- Promotional items are not refundable or exchangeable.
- If your right of return has expired, your return will be automatically sent back to you.
If you have chosen delivery without signature, we assume no responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms delivery.
Cancellation or modification:
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, no changes will be possible.
